If you have an account in ShellHub Cloud and forgot your password, you may request to reset it via the forgot password page. Enter the username associated with your ShellHub Cloud account and click Reset Password button. If the email address has an associated account, a password reset link will be sent to your registered email. Following the link, you will be able to enter a new password.
NOTE FOR COMMUNITY/ENTERPRISE EDITION END USERS
You won't be able to reset your account password by yourself. You need to contact the administrator of the server instance to help you resetting your account password.
